Stephanie is the daughter and grand-daughter of developers and builders and has always had a passion for real estate, interior design, and development.  After working in NYC for many years in project management and commercial real estate, she joined Nosan Signature Homes as the sole Realtor, assisting their clients in finding vacant lots or teardown opportunities, gut remodels, or a home that just needs a little cosmetic work and selling numerous new construction homes.  In all of these experiences, she noticed a gap in the brokerage market and a unique advantage she had - direct access and knowledge from a team of building and development experts with over 30 years of experience.  She knows first hand how competitive and overwhelming the real estate market can be and her #1 goal is to ensure her clients have a seamless experience and are well informed while acquiring their dream property.
