Jacob comes to us with years of experience in sales and received his Real Estate license in 2022.  As the Purchasing Director for Nosan Signature Homes Jacob is able to bring a unique perspective and offering as your Realtor.  As a licensed builder, he’s able to pinpoint issues and address feasibility/estimates for any work you want to do to a potential home off the cuff.  He’s an excel wizard and helps all of the SER team to estimate and evaluate potential projects - identifying costs/risks for our clients so they can confidently proceed with a purchase/sale. He works with our clients post purchase to refine and distill their vision and budget as the project transitions to Signature Edition Realty's build partner, Nosan Signature Homes.
