Elaine works as the sales manager for all of the HM Signature communities (a collaboration of HM Homes and Nosan Signature Homes) including Meadowlake Hills, Brookside Village, and Bloomfield Mill.  With over 30 years in the home industry, Elaine brings deep experience and passion to every project. Starting as a decorative selection coordinator, Elaine has guided countless clients through interior and exterior design choices, helping them turn houses into homes. As a seasoned sales manager specializing in new construction, Elaine has successfully sold out 12 communities and collaborated closely with architects to shape floorplans and neighborhoods. Elaine is known for building strong, lasting relationships and finds the greatest satisfaction in helping clients achieve their vision and create spaces they truly love.
